Dreamgirls Cast Does Vanity Fair. Where’s Jennifer Hudson?
Eddie Murphy, Beyonce, and Oscar winner Jamie Foxx are on the cover of next month’s Vanity Fair–which is a notable event for the simple fact that it’s black people on Vanity Fair. There has not been a black woman on the cover of Vanity Fair since Tina Turner–and the only other black men have been Will Smith, Chris Rock, Denzel Washington, and Michael Jordan.
But my question is…where are Jennifer Hudson and Anika Noni Rose? Forgive me, but isn’t Jennifer the one getting Oscar buzz? Every person that has seen this movie has clearly stated that she steals the film. Disgusting.
Another interesting fact however..is that for whatever reason, they lightened Beyonce’s skin color when she was on the cover back in ‘05. There’s a write up on it here.
They should have put Jennifer on the cover instead of Beyonce.

Jennifer Hudson can Blow. Listen to me. I heard her sing And I’m telling you I’m Not Going she sounded amazing and sounded 100,00 million times better than Beyonce. And Did you notcie Beyonce is not up for any Oscars but Jennifer Hudson is!!!
Marsh, actually yes Beyonce is up for an oscar for her song “Listen”…Please get your facts straight. Beyonce even got more golden globe nods than Jennifer. Anyways, Jennifer killed “THE SONG” and nailed it in the movie. Truely the star in this movie. (which was the way its suppose to be people…the movie was never about Beyonce even though yall would like to believe that, just to make Jennifer look better.) But yea, yall she is the star of the movie, let’s not get ahead of ourselves here because thats all ms.Hud is…the star of THIS MOVIE..While Beyonce is the SUPER-star of the MUSIC WORLD.

Thats right beyonce is the life and party of the movie eventhough they focused on jennifer hudson because after the release of the dream girls dvd comes on sale jennifer hudson will vanish and show up time later on surreal life or something like that.
Jennifer Hudson is the star of the movie. I agree that Beyonce is the CURRENT superstar, but they could’ve put Jennifer and Anika on the cover. Frankly, both Jennifer and Anika did better than Beyonce in this movie. She can’t act worth a damn. Beyonce should stick to the music straight up, and I’m not a hater, Beyonce is my favorite female singer. That is until Jennifer comes out with her new album.
