Lindsay Joins A Desperate Housewife and Brandy Enters ‘The View’

The first picture has surfaced from the filming of the new Garry Marshall film “Georgia Rule” starring Felicity Huffman, Lindsay Lohan, and Jane Fonda. There are currently none of Oscar nominee Felicity Huffman or winner Jane Fonda, but word is more are soon to follow.

This is one film I cannot wait to see. Combining the divine Jane Fonda with Emmy winning Desperate Housewife Felicity Huffman and ex-teen queen rising star Lindsay Lohan with the brilliant Garry Marshall is just too much for one gay man to handle.

It was written by Academy Award nominated screenwriter Mark Andrus (”As Good As It Gets“, “Life As A House“)

The movie revolves around Lindsay Lohan’s character who has been molested by her stepfather, and her mother, played by Felicity Huffman doesn’t know about it. Fonda plays Lohan’s grandmother in the film. More updates as they come.

Iconic rocker Keith Richards will be playing Jack Sparrow’s father in the third installment of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” says the Associated Press.

Johnny Depp who plays the flamboyant Captain has always said he based the character’s mannerisms on Richards, who Depp says he considers to be the greatest rock star of all time.

The next film starts filming next month.

It’s looking like Brandy’s not too keen on reviving her music career. Even though a few weeks ago, when a canned contestant on America’s Got Talent asked Brandy why she didn’t have any recent hits her response was “I’m about to!”, rumors flying around at ABC spell another story.

The R&B singer who has sold over 25 million albums will be a guest co-host on “The View” today and Friday, and sources say it may become a permanent gig. Brandy’s rep tells People magazine exclusively that these guest spots are tryouts for consideration to be on the show in Star Jones‘ place.
